Minions of the Cold Dark is awarded to players who have defeated all fifteen boss encounters of the Tormentors of Torghast event in the Maw. The title of the achievement references Kel'Thuzad's aggro line in his Naxxramas encounter. This achievement is required for the meta,  [Breaking the Chains].
