Mirage Abyss, where Weazel's Crater once was.
The Mirage Abyss is the series of underwater canyons created during the Shattering. They're found throughout the Shimmering Deep in Thousand Needles with several Southsea Treasure Hunters within them trying to collect the treasure chests that were lost when the giant Whale Shark sank one of their ships. An excellent place to harvest 
[Stranglekelp].
