- Use: Attempt to summon Mistcaller Yngvar. Requires you to be near the brazier in the Mistcaller's Cave on the west side of Hrothgar's Landing.

The Mistcaller's Charm is provided by High Crusader Adelard for the quest Mistcaller Yngvar.
Fly north to Hrothgar's Landing. On the west side of the island is a small cave. Fly in to the cave and use the charm to reveal the mistcaller. Kill him and head back to the Argent Tournament Grounds.
