Moa'ki Harbor is a tuskarr port in south-central Dragonblight. It is the single largest remaining settlement the tuskarr have since they lost Kaskala, which was their capital, to the kvaldir. The sky over the harbor is always fluttering with the tuskarr's brightly colored kites, even during troubled times. It's a lively place for trade and friendly conversation, and it's bursting with storytellers. The giant sea turtle Green Island who travels the route to Kamagua in Howling Fjord stops here, as does Walker of Waves, who travels the route to Unu'pe in Borean Tundra.[1]
Following the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard visited the port, where they enjoyed the tuskarr's hospitality and some very fresh fish. They met Elder Ko'nani and asked him questions about their mysterious ancestor. They learned from the Elder that their ancestor, named Mina Stormsmith, passed through Moa'ki Harbor five hundred years ago, and made an impression on them with her tales of fighting wolvar and furbolgs, and even a dragon. The tuskarr then told her to seek out the titans in Sholazar Basin, thinking her one of the earthen.[1]
