Mogu'shan Terrace.
Mogu'shan Terrace overlooks Zouchin Province in northeast Kun-Lai Summit. It serves as the entrance to the Mogu'shan Vaults raid instance and is only accessible via flying mount or some creative mountaineering down from the Peak of Serenity. Later in the raid, adventurers reach The Emperor's Reach, which is accessible just to the northwest in the open world as well.
The monk lore object Victory in Kun-Lai is on the lower level of the terrace. Interacting with the object is one of the objectives of the Pandaria exploration achievement
