• Use: Place hoofplates onto your mount, increasing speed while mounted in Kul Tiras or Zandalar by 20% for 2 hrs.
  
  The effect's duration is quadrupled for blacksmiths.

Monel-Hardened Hoofplates are created by using Kul Tiran and Zandalari Blacksmithing; learnt from the Kul Tiran and Zandalari blacksmith trainers, Forgemaster Zak'aal and Grix "Ironfists" Barlow for 35 at a skill of (50).
