Moon Priestess Liara is a night elf ghost located at Zin-Azshari in Nazjatar.

Arcane Bolt — Launches magical missiles at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage.
Arcane Missiles — Launches magical missiles at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage.
Forlorn Fate — Ulmath's minions share health with their master.
Mental Collapse — Commands Moon Priestess Liara to inflict 332142 Shadow damage to targets within 30 yards. While casting, all players are drawn towards Moon Priestess Liara.
