Moonkin Form is granted by
[Balance Affinity], a level 30 talent for Feral, Guardian, and Restoration druids. You must be in Moonkin Form to cast most of the other spells taught by Balance Affinity:
[Sunfire] (Feral/Guardian),
[Starfire], and
[Starsurge]. Moonkin Form also allows for the use of
[Flap].
This ability is weaker than the
[Moonkin Form] available to Balance druids in two ways: it doesn't increase the damage of your spells and it cannot grant Owlkin Frenzy, the proc that makes your next
[Starfire] instant.

Notes[]
- Restoration druids casting any healing spells besides
