Moonpaw is a gray wolf serving as the mount of Thrall,[1] after his first companion Snowsong grew too old to ride into battle.[2]
Thrall rode Moonpaw during the Horde's battle against the Widow's Bite and the Banshee loyalists at the Necropolis.[1] Years later, Thrall and his family brought their wolves—Moonpaw, Ryala, Spring, and Winter—with them when they visited Drek'Thar in Frostwolf Keep, in Alterac Valley.[3]
