- There is a night elven druid named Qiana Moonshadow in Warlords of Draenor. It is possible that they are either related to each other or are intended to be the same character judging by the same facial markings.
- She may also be related to Delaras Moonshadow, Ethenial Moonshadow, Telurinon Moonshadow and Master Sergeant Moonshadow.
- The Bangle of Endless Blessings is a drop from Warp Splinter in the Botanica. One could presume that Moonshadow survived the fight with Onyxia and continued her career in Outland. However, she is not referenced in any expansion after that point, suggesting her career ended there.
- Her armor appears to be a gold/brown recolor of the Lieutenant Commander's Dragonhide Armor PvP set.
