Morbidius is the guard of the tomb leading to Morbent's lair in Raven Hill Cemetery of Duskwood. He dies shortly after his master dies.

- Morbidius is meant to be a deterrent from the front entrance to the tomb for low-level players, dealing high damage that can easily kill an unsuspecting adventurer. This is further evidenced by the fact that he has no notable loot of his own.
- Blue flames can be seen rising off the top of his head.
