Morgan Pestle is a human located in the Trade District in Stormwind City. He can be found in the shop Pestle's Apothecary, which he is the owner of. He is the brother of William Pestle, who is also an alchemist, in Goldshire.
He can be briefly seen among concerned citizens during the city's lockdown when the Veiled Hand and the Uncrowned infiltrated the city during the Burning Legion's third invasion
His dead body appears in the Vision of Stormwind, next to Morgan's Notes.
