Hotfix (2016-08-02): Morta'gya the Keeper in Hinterlands should now spawn again about a minute after being killed. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Moved to the cave atop Jintha'Alor, from the Altar of Zul. Level reduced from 50.
