Mr. Blackridge is a human farmer who lives just outside Goldshire. Along with his wife and son, he runs a farm in Elwynn Forest. During his days on the farm, he was constantly worried about his son's laziness. One day, he gave him the day off in hopes that he would clear the rocks from the garden properly. Little did he know that his son would be kidnapped and forced to work for the Bloodsail Buccaneers.
When word reached the Defias Brotherhood that their son was plundering ships, they kidnapped him and his wife. They would eventually be freed and returned to the farm along with their son.[1]
