In Manual of Monsters Appendix Three, two other types of mummies (these with specific properties) are described: Sand Mummy and Bog Mummy, however the validity of the source is disputed.
In Lands of Conflict, Darkmaster Gandling is called a mummified wretch.[1]

- Hearthstone: The League of Explorers features a number of mummies, a summoned minion Mummy Zombie, in the art for Entomb, and in the museum battlefield released for the expansion there is a sarcophagus which when clicked on reveals random objects including a mummy.
- Hearthstone: Saviors of Uldum has mummies, including Restless Mummy.
