Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now grants PvP Power instead of Spell Penetration.
Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Now stacks to 20.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Converted from Mysterious Fire Opal. Now gives Intellect instead of Spell Power.
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): Gems obtained through Heroic difficulty instances are no longer Unique-Equipped.
Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Added.
