Narkk is a goblin located in Booty Bay in the Cape of Stranglethorn where he runs Nautical Needs. As well as selling parrots and pirate gear, he provides an [Oversized Pirate Hat] for [10-30] Looks Like a Tauren Pirate to Me and [Narkk's Handbombs] for [10-30] Prepare for Takeoff.

During Mathias Shaw and Flynn Fairwind's visit to Booty Bay after the Fourth War, Flynn initially thought that Narkk was one of Shaw's contacts, but it turned out that the goblin is only a simple vendor. Before leaving, Flynn bought a parrot from Narkk that he named Mathias.^[1]
