Narsysix is a black dragon accompanying Sabellian in the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. She stands next to her sister, Exadria, remaining at Sabellian's side when he descends from the Obsidian Throne.
She can also be found at Dragonbane Keep after it has been reclaimed; thanking the player on behalf of Sabellian and the flight for aiding the Obsidian Outcasts with reclaiming their home. She stands next to a Blacktalon Schemer and their Blacktalon Pack Goat.
She can also be seen flying around Loamm in Zaralek Cavern.
