Navigator Bi-Yun is a pandaren found in the Hoard of Shimmermaw of Hornswog Grounds in northeastern Forbidden Reach. Alongside Mad-Eye Carrey and First Mate Ovdah, they collectively serve as the Mad-Eye Carrey vignette.
