Naxxramas Acolyte are found in the Spider Wing of the raid instance Naxxramas. Acolytes travel in packs with Naxxramas Cultists for a total of 8 mobs.

AE if too many players in range.
About 25,000 hp each and they don't respawn fast like the spiders near there.
Strategies
They come in a pack of 8, 4 acolytes and 4 Naxxramas Cultist
One might initially think these are harmless human pulls that can be zerged to the tunnel. They cannot be polymorphed though and have a lot of AoE abilities that would make close combat in a cave pretty difficult.
- Pull them with a mage and hunter together unloading a heavy fireball or 2 with an aimed shot then running them turning on pack and running them to the large room before the respawn mobs begin to spawn, being careful not to pull the pack of small bugs that patrols the room where the grand widow lies.
- Using Raid Symbols should help identify which to kill first, reccomended to just bring them out to the middle of the room letting ranged people mostly zerg them... Ranged DPS could potentially kite one with just a simple attack while the rest of ranged deals with them.. They die rather quickly.
- They can be counterspelled while casting their shadowbolt volley.
