Neeka Bloodscar is an orc quest giver located in the Horde watch tower at Splinterspear Junction in Swamp of Sorrows. She is one of the Horde's best trackers, trained in the Badlands.

She could originally be found in Kargath in Badlands, as a battle-hardened and cynical scout.

Since the Cataclysm, she was stationed at Splinterspear Junction to watch for Alliance activity. She is watching over her mate, Helgrum, who was fatally injured during in an Alliance attack.
