Nek'mani Wellspring
“In the land to the south where vines twist and creep / Lies a hidden well where the water runs deep / Pure as the Light's sacred Daughter / Bring to me now some Holy Spring Water.”
The Nek'mani Wellspring[42.6, 49.8] is a sacred spring located high in the cliffs overlooking the Southern Savage Coast on the west side of the Cape of Stranglethorn. Its Holy Spring dispenses the only clean freshwater south of Duskwood.[2][3] The spring is the subject of great conflict among religious scholars, since every race in Azeroth claims that the waters were made divine for their people. An expedition of naga explorers have recently advanced on the spring[4] and guard it ferociously.[2][3]
