Nergeld is used in 
[25-30] The Sum is Greater than the Parts to kill Dr. Terrible.
It is an amalgamation of Vargul corpses and is described as the "ultimate creation" by Dr. Terrible, who plans to make an army of these stitched corpses. But the player takes control over Nergeld and destroys Dr. Terrible before his plan comes into fruition.

- Chained Grip: Use Nergeld to pull an enemy towards him within 40 yards. (Instant)
- Punch: Force Nergeld to punch the target, causing 6660 to 7740 damage. Range is 15 yards. (1 sec cooldown)
- Roar: Use Nergeld to let loose a powerful roar that will cause 2971 to 4229 damage and knock back all enemies in front of him within 30 yards. (10 sec cooldown)
- Stomp: Make Nergeld stomp the ground, causing 5941 to 8459 damage to all enemies in a 15 yard radius, and causing them to be knocked down and stunned. (10 sec cooldown)
