Netharel is a demon hunter at the Ruins of Karabor. He is one of the three night elf demon hunters in charge of training new recruits, and was also a mentor of Varedis until his student surpassed his abilities.^[2] He is the oldest night elf at the Ruins of Karabor and taught demon hunter recruits about weapons.^[3]

His fellow demon hunter Kayn Sunfury mourns his passing, and holds Altruis the Sufferer responsible for his death.

Abilities

Debilitating Strike (Inflicts 100% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any physical attacks for 5 sec.)
Evasion (Increases the caster's chance to dodge by 50% for 10 sec.)
Mana Burn (Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 0.5 damage.)
Metamorphosis (Turns Netharel into his demonform)
