Nether Dragonscales is skinned from nether dragons in Blade's Edge Mountains and Netherstorm in Outland. It can also be skinned from the Enslaved Netherwing Drakes of Dragonmaw Fortress in Shadowmoon Valley. A player must be at war with the Netherwing to skin the dragons in Blade's Edge Mountains (reputation will not be lowered by killing them).
