Nether Drake Reins summons a rideable Nether drake. This nether drake model is mostly the same model as the 
[Violet Netherwing Drake] but with a blue crystal on its head; this model was never made available as a mount.
During vanilla World of Warcraft, it existed as Riding Gryphon Reins and used a chromatic drake model.
