Nether Vortex (5 ranks) Arcane, Tier 5 Gives your Arcane Blast spell a 50/100% chance to apply the Slow spell to any target it damages if no target is currently affected by Slow.

Nether Vortex is an Arcane mage talent that applies the mage spell [Slow] after damaging the targeted enemy with [Arcane Blast] IF the target is not already afflicted by Slow.

Notes

• The [Slow] applied is affected by your Hit rating.
• Slight delay when it procs.
• Must be within 35 yards for the Slow to apply.
• The [Torment the Weak] talent applies after (as the slow activates after Arcane Blast)
