New Cifera.
New Cifera[62, 35] is a small pandaren village found at the base of the Pools of Purity in north-central Valley of the Four Winds. Once the special lotuses from the Pools of Purity arrive in the village, they are sorted out and sent around all of Pandaria by the Traveling Traders.
This village appears to have been a jinyu village before it was abandoned for unknown reasons. What ever structures that might have been here, have since been removed and pandaren structures built in their place.

[15-35] Li Li's Day Off quest. - In the center of town is a huge fish shrine, Waterspeakers, that is an objective of the Pandaria exploration achievement
