"Battle is an efficient mentor."[1]

Ninil'ko the Bloodcaller was a Klaxxi paragon, a legend of the mantid who was chosen, as all paragons are, to be encased in amber and preserved for when his strength was needed.

Many thousands of years ago, the Klaxxi asked Kil'ruk the Wind-Reaver to awaken Ninil'ko, after a mogu relic cut the mantid swarm off from the voice of their empress. Ninil'ko used his exceptional gift for tactics to devise a plan to defeat the mogu, and then used his unique ability to control other mantid warriors to assault the Terrace of Gurthan and capture the relic.[1]

As Ninil'ko tried to figure out how to disable it, however, the relic began to overload without a mogu arcanist constantly focusing on it, and the magical feedback fried the paragon's brain, killing him instantly.[1]
