Function[]
In exchange for 300 
[Artifact Fragment], Nisstyr will open Warlock Gateways for the Horde, linking the Amphitheater of Annihilation (North-west) and the Molten Quarry (South-east). Each gateway has a guardian NPC. The Gateways can only be used while both are active and controlled by the same faction. Active Warlock Gateways are shown on the map as green exclamation marks.
Supplying Nisstyr with Artifact Fragments rewards 
[Honor Points] and reputation with Vol'jin's Spear.
