[Lightforged Beacon: Shadowguard Incursion] toward Zah'd, killing quest mobs on the way. Zah'd is standing in front of the armory, revealed in the dungeon quest [45D] The Seat of the Triumvirate: Armor of the Triumvirate in the Seat of the Triumvirate.
After Zah'd, simply head back east and north for more mobs to finish.
