Enter Lor'danel and capture any civilians you find there. They shall be questioned and then released.

Pick up [110] Driving Them Out & [110] Seaside Rendezvous before heading out.

Interact with Lor'danel Citizens. They only speak common, so their gossip text is less than useful:
