Upon accept: Wrathion says: Blacktalon! The moment we have prepared for is at hand--to the Obsidian Citadel!; Wrathion says: The djaradin will fall before us, and the Citadel will be ours!; Scalecommander Emberthal says: So much confidence... yet the numbers do not lie. I fear the worst.; Majority of the Blacktalon gather and march toward the citadel. Wrathion turns to his dragon form and flies there too.

At the Burning Ascent: Wrathion says: Be careful, champion! These djaradin are masters of flame, and won't hesitate to turn you to ash.

In the quest area, players have access to an Extra Action Button:

Blacktalon Marker — Toss a small bomb, stunning the enemy for 4 sec and signalling Blacktalon Assassins to assist in eliminating the target. Instant (12 sec cooldown)

Use it to help with the elites.

Piercer Gigra is atop a tower working on a Siege Arbalest:

Olphis is a magmammoth on the ground just to the north. Further north across the bridge, atop another tower is Modak Flamespit:
