Nullifier Transport Relay would be the result of repairing a 
[Smashed Transport Relay] with a 
[Hyperbolic Circuit], a 
[Transference Disc], and an 
[Energy Cell]. The repaired item would then be used to summon the Mechagonian Nullifier at Junkwatt Depot on Mechagon Island.
