Numbing Poison Row 3 rogue talent 1.5 sec cast Requires One-Handed Melee Weapon Coats your weapons with a Non-Lethal Poison that lasts for 1 hour. Each strike has a 30% chance of poisoning the enemy, clouding their mind and slowing their attack and casting speed by 15% for 10 sec.

Numbing Poison is a rogue class talent. The poison will increase the amount of time it takes for the victim to cast spells, along with reducing their attack speed. The concentrated form of it used with [Shiv] further reduces their casting speed.

It is an exclusive choice node with [Atrophic Poison].

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2023-03-06): Effectiveness now reduced by 47% (was 33%) in PvP Combat.
  
• Hotfix (2022-12-19): Attack and cast speed debuff effectiveness reduced by 33% in PvP combat.
  
• Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Re-added at level 54 (was 28) and renamed from Mind-Numbing Poison. Now reduces attack and casting speed by 15% (was only casting speed by 50%).
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2014-01-10): Mind-numbing Poison now reduces the target's casting speed on player targets by 10% (down from 25%).
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added, replacing  [Mind-numbing Poison].
