Odd Round Object is looted from an Odd Circular Object, found in a random room of the Zskera Vaults after finding the 
[Odd Device] for 
[70] One Dragon's Junk... and completing the subsequent two quests. The Odd Round Object starts the next quest in the series, [70] An Odd Round Object. As before, Veritistrasz reveals the object's purpose in the follow-up quest [70] Second Time Is The Charm.
