Oenia Skyhorn was a former chieftain and a great legendary hero of the Skyhorn tribe whose ghost appears at the Sepulcher of the Sky in Highmountain.

After the War of the Ancients, Oenia was one of the heroes Huln Highmountain gathered to battle against the forces of the Old Gods led by Uul'gyneth, a C'Thrax known as "The Darkness", as they sought to claim Highmountain. As part of Huln's secondary plan, Oenia placed a ward at the Sepulcher of the Sky to help lock away the Old Gods' influence.

Her eternal rest has been disturbed due to the local Bluewax kobolds having begun to raid the ancient Skyhorn burial ground, with the Candleking stealing Oenia's skull and wearing it as a helmet. Thus, Oenia asks bypassing adventurers to use the  [Skull of Bossing Around] to sneak into Candle Rock, kill the Candleking and retrieve Oenia's skull so that she can rest peacefully, after which she fades away and disappears.
