Of Thunder Bluff is a title awarded to Horde players upon completing 
[Exalted Champion of Thunder Bluff], which requires the player attain exalted status with Thunder Bluff and earn the right to represent Thunder Bluff in the Argent Tournament.
Tauren characters can obtain this title by completing [25-30] The Valiant's Challenge. Characters of other Horde races must complete their version of The Valiant's Challenge, then complete A Valiant of Thunder Bluff.
