Of the Exodar is a title awarded to Alliance players upon completing 
[Exalted Champion of the Exodar], which requires the player attain exalted status with the Exodar and earn the right to represent the Exodar in the Argent Tournament.
Draenei characters can obtain this title by completing [25-30] The Valiant's Challenge. Characters of other Alliance races must complete their version of The Valiant's Challenge, then complete 
[25-30] A Valiant of the Exodar.
