Ogre Runestone.
Ogre Runestones are runestones located at the Darkmaul Citadel on Exile's Reach. The ogres are using three of them to hold Captain Kelra or Warlord Mulgrin Thunderwalker captive for use as a ritual sacrifice. The runestones are powered by ward stones, which are held by some of the ogres' warriors.
