|Affiliation(s)||Orgrimmar, Okril'lon, Horde|
|Occupation||Former leader of Dreadmaul Hold|
|Location||Dreadmaul Hold; Shattered Landing, Blasted Lands|
She led the retaking of Dreadmaul Hold from the Dreadmaul ogres. As it is one of the oldest Horde outposts on Azeroth, she plans to keep it in Horde hands. After establishing the base, she began plotting the attacks against the Alliance forces of Nethergarde Keep, targeting the Nethergarde Mines. When the night elven demon hunter Loramus Thalipedes passed through the Hold, she didn't kill him as he wasn't with the Alliance but fought against the demons.
After the Iron Horde took Nethergarde Keep, Okrilla led an attack on the invaders. While she was attacking, the Iron Horde seized Okril'lon Hold. Okrilla survived the assault and is now located at the location where Kum'isha the Collector formerly dwelled, along with Thrall and a group of goblins. She ordered adventurers to collect the mementos of fallen Horde warriors and poison the food of the Dreadmaul ogres, who had allied with the Iron Horde.
- You are in orc territory. What do you need, <race>?
- Warlords of Draenor
Throm-Ka, <class>. The ogres of Dreadmaul will pay with blood for their foolish actions.
- During the early stages of the Warlords of Draenor beta, Okrilla was planned to betray the Horde and side with the Ironmarch, appearing as a rare mob in the Blasted Lands. This idea was seemingly later scrapped.
- Her Iron Horde Incursion model strangely features her wearing a Kor'kron tabard. This may be connected to her dislike of non-orcs (a view shared by Garrosh Hellscream, Warlord Zaela and the True Horde) and/or the scrapped plot point detailed above.
- Alternatively, it could mean that she is a member of the Kor'kron (who did not side with Garrosh / was not involved in the Durotar events), either since Vol'jin became Warchief or as an original member. It's worth a note that soldiers of the Okril'lon wore the attire of the Kor'krons.
