Okrut Dragonwaste is a master Pet Tamer located at the southern tip of the Path of the Titans in the Dragonblight. A crew of Dragonwaste Enslavers, who have captured a Subjugated Drake, work under his command nearby. He is surrounded by his three level 25 battle pets: Rot, Sleet, and Drogar. He acts in the name of Warchief Garrosh Hellscream.[1]
Defeating him is required to complete the 
[Taming Northrend] achievement.
