Oltarg is an orc quest giver found at Honor's Stand in the Southern Barrens. For speaking up while another prisoner was being beaten, he was blinded by Captain Peake. Even after receiving the eyes and being freed, however, he remained in the prison, not wanting to be a burden.[1]
