Omarion's Notes - Pages 25 & 26 is looted from a Lost Page at [66, 45] above the entrance to Gothik the Harvester's room in Naxxramas. Immediately after Razuvious's arena, grapple up to the ledge at [45, 50] in the northwestern corner of the enchanted weapons room. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Plans: Icebane Bracers] and [Plans: Icebane Trudgers] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
