Omarion's Notes - Pages 5 & 6 is looted from a Lost Page at [55, 55] in a patch of eggs in the tunnels of the Arachnid Quarter in Naxxramas between Grand Widow Faerlina's room and the outer ring on the way to Maexxna. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Pattern: Glacial Tether] and [Pattern: Glacial Vest] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
