Omarion's Second Handbook
Omarion's Second Handbook starts from the book of the same name located in a cage not far from the Icebellow Anvil in the first big room of the Military Quarter in Naxxramas. The book will appear for players who have earned the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement that unlocks access to secrets in Naxxramas.
Completing this quest unlocks the collection of the pages needed for [Putting Wilhelm Out of Business].
