• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now 3 ranks for 10/20/30% (was 10/20%). Moved from tier 1 to tier 2. Icon changed to .
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Reduced to 2 ranks for 10/20% (was 5 ranks for 4/8/12/16/20%). No longer requires striking from behind.
  
• Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Now also affects [Mutilate].
  
• Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22): Moved to tier 1 (was tier 2).
