Osoria is a black dragon located in Valdrakken along with a few Obsidian Whelplings. She is also found at the Obsidian Throne in the Waking Shores.
During the quest 
[70W] Hands-Off Operation, she is assigned to aid the player against the Qalashi djaradin.
Osoria also arrives at Loamm in Zaralek Cavern and checks the local shops.
