Osselan is a blood elf paladin trainer located in the Hall of Blood in Silvermoon City.
Following the death of Tirion Fordring, Osselan joined the Silver Hand and is located in the Sanctum of Light.
Following the split of the Order during the Fourth War,[1] he is no longer a member of the Silver Hand. He was present in the Court of the Sun during the closing of the remembrance ceremony.[2]
After the death of Vorath, Osselan was among the gathered paladins outside the Hall of Blood in Farstriders' Square to congratulate the sin'dorei hero for their victory in Deatholme.[3]
