Otto is the bodyguard of Lord Falconcrest, a Syndicate leader. Captain Nials wants his head. He is found in Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands.

After the undead Galen Trollbane took the citadel, Otto and Falconcrest are no longer found there, implying they were finally killed.

•  Uppercut — Inflicts 110% weapon damage to an enemy, knocking it back.
